The eyelid was made separately with a thin piece of latex, which I cut a slit at the center to create the lids. It was later attached over the opening of the eye socket after I covered the face with latex. The eyeball can completely be removed and moves inside the socket to animate. 

The feet are magnetic tie-downs.
